Beside the usual aspects of meeting expectations of cleanliness, brilliant design, and fantastic services; it was the staff above all that went above and beyond to help and serve whenever possible.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean enough. The customer service was perfect. 👌 The staff were very helpful. 🙏 Housekeeping cleaned the room every two days. The Wi-Fi and internet were fast and reliable. 👌 The gym was great—not the best, but it did the job. Negative points 👈 Small cockroaches kept showing up in the bathroom, even after the room was sprayed several times. The mattress was very uncomfortable at first, but the staff replaced it with a better one immediately. There was a gap in the shower door, allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. They tried to fix it, but unfortunately, they couldn't solve the issue. So, it's something you should check if you stay here. Overall, it was a good experience, but I felt it was a bit overpriced for the atmosphere and facilities, especially since the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool.
